When you book
Please have confidence when you book a stay at Hotel Parc Mamaia, because we will do everything we can for you to be accommodated as quickly as possible, so that waiting times at the reception are minimized.
We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19, and we are also following the guidance of government and public health officials.
We consolidate the recommendations of these agencies regarding the appropriate security and health measures with our own hotel management teams and the hotel operators in our portfolio.
Before your stay
Considering the impact of COVID-19 on the way we work, socialize and travel, we have adapted our cancellation policy in the last few weeks to the evolution of this pandemic.
We are updating our policy to offer our customers the greatest flexibility we can offer during these difficult times.
In general, for guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with prepaid rates, which are usually more restrictive, we will allow changes to the period of stay.

During the stay
COVID-19 has forced us all to be more careful as we go about our regular activities. Every day, our hotel team works to ensure that the latest CDC and WHO recommendations regarding hygiene and cleanliness are followed.
Our hotel's health and safety measures have been designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including SARS-COV2, and cover everything from hand washing and cleaning product specifications to disinfection procedures in all hotel common areas: reception, halls, stairs, elevators, restaurants and playgrounds.
We will also have disinfectants in each room, so that we can protect our guests as much as possible.
All our staff are currently trained to disinfect themselves upon entering the unit and during their work, to disinfect all the spaces they are responsible for, every hour and to wear the protective equipment specified in the new measures of SARS-COV2, in the spaces where it is necessary.
We know that these are troubled times and regardless of whether you will be traveling now or in the future, we want you to know that your safety and well-being is our first priority.
